It’s Trump Day in the USA, which means the global news for the next two to four years is going to be about him every day. Probably multiple times a day. This is where I check out. I’ve unsubscribed from a few news services, outright deleted some others, tightened my already highly restricted access to social media, and marking my entire RSS feed list as read.
I eased into the year, which felt necessary. I dug into work properly last week. Today is the start of something else, I hope.
2025 is refusing, so far, to get less weird, so I am just riding it out.
