Too much to do this week, and I’m losing a work day to visiting my marvellous daughter on her birthday, so I’m just logging this week as — I have three big things to get out of the way by EOD Friday and that’s where all my focus is going. And now I have to drink a glass of purple carrot juice, because autumn is very much here and it’s time to pay attention to health and energy.
