Constant rain, wind and storms. Pretty sure it was hail that woke me at 3am on Saturday. Middle of June and my fingertips are going dark from the cold.
The garden is flooding and gardening sites are trying to sell me drought-tolerant plants.
I looked at Instagram the other day and noticed three things. First, whoever you might be following is completely choked out by the recommended posts and reels now. Second, I can no longer search within my followers. Third, using third-party apps disables your access through the actual Instagram app and all kinds of security alerts go off. (I used to use an app called Grids on my desktop to get a chronological view, but the creators, ThinkTime, seem to have disappeared it) Back when I was using social media, a curated Instagram was the last nice place on the networked space. I guess they just couldn’t stop themselves.
Anyway. I’m buried in deadline work and that will be boring to list every day, so I’m signing out of status posts until next Monday. All is well.
I am, however, experimenting a bit with morning computer. Something I’ve had in mind for a while but never quite landed on a doable version of.

Berries, almonds and pomegranate for breakfast every day.
