
Lunch, straight from the chickens. Which is just as well, as I just paid my unexpectedly large tax bill and am very weak and drained.
Got that damned script wrapped and sent yesterday. So now I can relax into thinking about the last two scripts in that sequence while spending my days on a rather large document required for a consulting job.
Woken up by the mancub, who crawled on to my chest for attention and affection. He stood next to me as I sat outside for some light in the sharp cold. Berries, nuts and honey for breakfast, drinking coffee I roasted and ground myself. Things are okay.
I seem to have reached the age where I’m thinking about buying a scarf. And new clothes. And new deodorants and other things. I suspect that, having gotten past that script that’s been hanging since last year, today finally feels like a new year.
WAR FOR ETERNITY (UK) (US+) is continuing to fascinate me.
