“Boyfriend”, Best Coast (Lindstrom remix)

This popped into my head last night, years after I first heard it, and I wanted to note it down where I could find it easily again. The mp3s are somewhere in my giant unmanaged music file on an external drive. I was away from my desk and wanted to hear it again.

It has to be the extended version. The radio edit robs it of structural joy. And it sounds nothing like the actual song by Best Coast. (Best Coast was founded by a member of Pocahaunted, a band I loved in the 00s.)
