Woke up late – it’s dark, rainy and chilly and I think I went into hibernation mode again. It’s now that point in the cycle where all the British start eating Vitamin D.
It feels like the year is running away fast now. Inbox 60, everything is suddenly going quiet, people are getting ready to check out for 2025, and I feel the temptation to turn everything off and curl up with books for a couple of months too.
I finished THE PASSENGER, Cormac McCarthy (UK) (US+) last night, which I generally loved, and will move on to its coda, STELLA MARIS, tonight.
