Overnight rain. I would have rather it hadn’t been overnight, as it may stir the slugs. But I’m grateful for it nonetheless, as sometimes only rainwater will wake up seeds and plants, and I did a bunch of direct chaos sowing over the weekend. Above, apple blossom.

Below, the Trifoglio Veloce on my left wrist again. The right wrist usually has my Fitbit Charge 5, but 1) the band has been irritating my skin 2) the bastard has started to fail at syncing, dropped at least one day’s data outright and seems to be burning through power faster.. So I’m giving it a rest for a week, and on that wrist am wearing a simple leather and metal bracelet I picked up on Massdrop for twenty quid six or seven years ago and a snakeskin wristband made by the Shipibo that my partner brought home from one of her Peruvian stays. I feel like a change. I’m even wearing colours today.
