Watched the last of the first frost of the year melt. White rime sliding into dew.

The boy cat came to wake me this morning and I pretended to be asleep. So he crawled on to my chest, laid down and had a nap on me. That’s a first. i decided to go back to sleep too. He nibbles my feet and ankles in the bathroom pour encourager les plus vites petits dejeuners.
