Filthy day out there. The mancub climbed into the bed this morning. One of his quirks is that he occasionally needs to chew on human flesh – it seems to be an affection and comfort thing for him. He got overexcited. So now my right hand looks like I shoved it in the coffee grinder.
OPERATIONS: Provided the weather doesn’t get too much worse, I’m heading out to a recital at the Jazz Centre later. So probably no scripting today – I’m going to take today for thinking and dev.
STATUS: bought heavy duty black denim jeans in a smaller size than usual, can confirm I’ve dropped another two inches off my waist measurement this year.
READING: started THE NOTEBOOKS OF MALTE LAURIDS BRIGGE, Rainer Maria Rilke (UK) (US+)
LISTENING:
LAST WATCHED: looks like all the Guild screeners are going to be digital this year, so I installed some of the required apps last night and watched bits of SUPERMAN to test the WB one. EDDINGTON next, I think.
MISSION CONTROL: I can be contacted via the Cheng Caplan Company or Inkwell Management. Link in masthead to join my free newsletter.
