It’s pissing down out there. He’s hiding in the covered staging area and blaming me.
ON DECK: hit my halfway milestone on consult 2/2024 yesterday, which buys me some breathing space. Switching to pressing outline work, which has reached that intricate stage. All kinds of other interesting things happened yesterday, so I also need to mark up the PENDING board and wait to see what actually eventuates.
INBOX: 93. Job one is clearing that.
OPERATIONS: making a start on Sunday’s newsletter, in which so far I have absolutely nothing to say

CONDITION: 7hrs 44mins. Apparently I woke for an hour in the middle of the night. Not at full speed, annoyingly.
THINKING ABOUT: All kinds of things that I need to start boiling down into coherent notions.
OUTSIDE: WE JUST HAVEN’T BEEN CAPITALISMING HARD ENOUGH
SHIPPING FORECAST: I suspect tomorrow will be quiet here, as I’m certainly not going to get all the hard stuff done today, which means tomorrow I’ll be so deep in the mines I won’t see daylight
