ON DECK: Eyestrain, mostly. Clock is ticking on a few things. Spring is happening outside and I want to be sowing seeds, but I have to assemble an outline, process some stuff and drink all the coffee. Just ordered some more green coffee beans to roast, from Redber – I want to find a reliable supplier, and I’m starting with them, because they had green peaberry beans, and one of the best coffees I ever tasted was a Bolivian peaberry.
