It is a lot colder out there than that number suggests. Spring tends to stop and start these days: we’ll be on the edge of frost again by Friday.

OPERATIONS: I want to get two or three jobs out of the office by end of play Friday, so I can spend the weekend pruning, mulching, sweeping and constructing. Probably unlikely, but we’re going to give it a try. Generating lots of random thoughts today.
STATUS: Seems I’m about to lay my hands on a limited six-piece CDr set, which makes up for the cats waking me up at 4am and rendering me an unslept zombie today. I had a sudden thought before bed of Instagram Stories as a rolling ephemeral channel, so I’m definitely getting crispy.
