Project management: projects emerge in the main notebook, and, if they live, they get broken out into their own dedicated notebook. This morning I am choosing project notebooks, as it’s time for a few to be re-potted.
ON DECK: marking up the boards, processing and sending contracts, doing notes on the first build of DEPARTMENT OF MIDNIGHT 104, looking at my schedule, opening some scripts. Looking at the weather forecast and deciding which day I’m going to bail out of the office and spend in the garden – I need to get my eyes away from screens for a day.
