Well, summer was nice while it lasted. Solid grey sky today and a cold wind is knifing through the garden. I’ll be amazed if any of the fruits fully ripen. The cherries and blueberries look pretty, though. I should be potting, transplanting and cutting back today, but I have a feeling the weather isn’t going to cooperate and I am still very behind on work. I’ve generated a huge number of pages in the last couple of weeks and have a little bit of brain burn. It’s not going to slow down from here, and I need to deliver another eighty pages or so right after the July 4 US holiday. And I know I’m going to lose July 4 itself to watching the UK election. Just like I know I’m going to lose some of today to following the French elections.
And it just started raining.
OPERATIONS: INBOX 53. Waiting on contracts and announcements, which will define the last half of my year. I feel a little bit overwhelmed this morning, and once I’ve cleared the other side of July 4, I need to break back down to two targets a day, eight pages of script during daylight and dev work at night.
