Another rainy morning. Made it to 3am last night before tapping out. It’s just gone noon and I can barely see. Results look pretty much as expected by the exit polls, but the low turnout suggests that, yes, it was all without much enthusiasm. I’ll do my deep reading dive at the weekend, but some of those Labour majorities look knife-edge. They won’t be relaxed about that.

But enough. I finished and scheduled Sunday’s newsletter yesterday afternoon. Today I have two long emails to write, a phoner around 2pm, and a script to make a proper start on. Inbox 81.
