My daughter printed this off and stuck it to my office door when she was tiny, and I’ve never had the heart to take it off. She moved out years ago. I just stop and try to smooth the lifted edge back on to the wood every now and then, stupid soft old man that I am.
Yesterday I got to catch up with old friend Vivek Tiwary over the phone. Years ago, I blurbed his very fine graphic novel THE FIFTH BEATLE, and now he’s the producer of JAGGED LITTLE PILL on Broadway. Made my day.
Today, the inbox is at 13 and I have a lot of pages to write, as I fell badly behind during the week, and I also need to start pulling the newsletter together, so I’m off to get more coffee.
