
Berries and nuts for breakfast. Fish with samphire and lentils for lunch. Sliced fresh fruit with wildflower honey in the middle of the afternoon. I’ll have two squares of dark chocolate with a small glass of Sauternes for dessert tonight. Maybe some cheese and walnuts mid-evening with an apple. Not sure when I started eating like a country hermit.
I need to find a particular tone for today’s work, which has been evading me over the last couple of days, partly down to countless interruptions. So it’s putting THE TURIN HORSE on the big screen and finding the correct piece of melancholy ambient to play over the top of it.
