THE TRIAL OF JOAN OF ARC

This can be remarkably hard to track down. I’ve located several of Bresson’s other films on streaming services to sample, but only ever found this on a pirate service. In any case, I wanted a hard copy of this one to study, and finally surfaced one at a decent price after a couple of years of occasionally hunting for it.

(There is a “Bresson collection” on Amazon, but it looks like a weird Chinese dupe. I’d rather give my money to the BFI and Bresson’s estate anyway.)
